The Board of Supervisors initiated an Unincorporated Communities Initiative (UCI) to improve the programs and services provided in unincorporated areas, with an emphasis on disadvantaged communities. Feedback from residents will be used to create a prioritized plan of projects or services that are most needed in unincorporated areas.
