The Planning Commission holds public hearings on land use matters in the county's unincorporated areas.
Agendas are posted at least 72 hours ahead of the meeting on the Transportation Land Management Agency/Planning Department's website. Any member of the public can speak on an item or participate in the public comment portion of the meeting. All speakers must fill out a speaker form with the Clerk of the Board.
Planning Commission meetings are held in-person at the County Administrative Center, located at 4080 Lemon Street, Riverside, CA 92501.
