April 8, 2025
RIVERSIDE, CA – Riverside County Treasurer-Tax Collector Matthew Jennings reminds property owners that the second installment of 2024-2025 property taxes is due by April 10, 2025. Late payments will incur a 10% penalty plus an administrative cost.
Property owners can pay online at www.countytreasurer.org, by phone at 951-955-3900, or in person at any one of our Treasurer-Tax Collector offices. Paying with your bank is now available with zero fees for a hassle-free payment experience.
A new self-service payment kiosk is now available at the County Administrative Center (4080 Lemon St., 1st Floor, Riverside), offering property owners a convenient way to pay by check or cash.
Taxpayers will not receive a new bill, as all bills were mailed in mid-October 2024. Failure to receive a bill does not exempt property owners from making a payment or incurring penalties.
